Mike Menzone

President. Fearless. He has been making sure that the jobs are done, and done right, for more than 30 years

Mike began at Menzone & Sons in partnership with his father back in Dudley, Massachusetts. He grew this business from a one-truck haul to a fleet of more than 15 various vehicles serving both Government and Commercial customers. He has been growing Florida businesses since he relocated here many years ago.

Chief Operations Officer. Lily has been ensuring smooth business operations for 20+ years.

Lily performed operational functions at Menzone & Sons. She is a licensed Realtor and experienced Property Manager.

Lily is Mike's proud wife, is a Connecticut native, and maintains our smooth organization.

Chief Compliance & Strategy Officer. You may hear her refer to this as "Chief of What Do You Need?"

Tina has been a leader in the manufacturing and production business for 25 plus years. Her background is significantly focused on the Department of Defense She leads our strategy team and is immersed in everything known to us as compliance.

Tina is Mike's proud cousin. She has been in Florida most of her life and considers herself all Floridian.

Mako is Tina's four legged rescued old man that she lovingly shares a picture of.
